We had good luck with the mayo/plastic wrap sollution and our daughter's hair was soooo shiny afterwards!
We've been trying a different method every day, combing with the Terminator de-lousing comb (she announces in her best Ah-nold voice) every evening. All clear after the first day really, but I'm being hyper-vigilant...
