Aliza's Paper Doll and Pie Picnic: Stories & Hoops

I have been reading this one out loud (with a slew of different voices, and heaps of over-the-top bratty Queen histrionics) as a classroom 'guest reader' since Ander was in first grade.
This is the part of the story where the Air Force shows up at Emily Brown's house, and the Wing Commander (in a dirigible, and shouting through a megaphone) demands that Emily Brown give her toy rabbit to the Queen.
(That mini-megaphone totally came in handy -- I wore it around my neck and employed it ALL DAY LONG...)
Also in the pile (but unread):
Cake Girl, Sweet Dream Pie, and The Paper Princess
